Madlanga Commission draws firmer line on delays as Sindane postponement bid fails

The Madlanga Commission has rejected Oupa “Bafana” Sindane’s postponement bid, saying he waited too long to challenge his subpoena and seek court relief. His evidence must be led on Monday, 28 September 2026, “in whatever format”.
